Exclusive One-Day Mandocello Workshops with Steve Knightley in September 2024

This September, fans of Steve Knightley and enthusiasts of stringed instruments were treated in a series of exclusive one-day Mandocello workshops at various centres around the country. These workshops provided a rare opportunity to explore the rhythms, chords, and techniques behind some of Steve's most celebrated songs, including "Santiago," "Country Life," and "Are We Alright."

Steve, renowned for his mastery and innovative use of the Mandocello, will share the secrets and skills that brought these iconic songs to life. The workshops will feature the GDAD tuning that Steve uses, offered invaluable insights for Mandocello, Bazouki, and Octave Mandolin players who use similar tunings.
